deCODE employs approximately 120 people in its fully-owned US subsidiaries, deCODE chemistry in Woodridge, IL, and deCODE biostructures on Bainbridge Island, WA. These groups are engaged in proprietary and client work in the field of drug discovery and development as well as structural biology. Our facilities are located in the major metropolitan areas of Chicago and Seattle.

deCODE chemistry offers a full range of drug discovery solutions, ranging from early-stage discovery to cGMP production. deCODE biostructures' core business evolves around solving drug-protein co-crystal structures in major target classes. We employ highly-educated and highly-motivated professionals, PhDs, MSc and BSc degree-holders from many countries. This cosmopolitan mix creates a dynamic, creative and productive workplace.
